Here is a poster of L. Raven-Hill's Who Doubled No Trumps? for sale from AllPosters.com, the biggest, most-reputable art poster store I know. My experiences with this company have always been positive: good selection, good prices, good customer service.

The list price is $35. Last I checked, summer 2003, AllPosters' price is about $32. The poster is 14 inches high by 19 inches wide. (Technically this is considered an "art print" not a "poster.")
